Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our outreach team. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, qualifying incoming leads, delivering compelling pitches, and scheduling product demos or sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound customer inquiries promptly.

Deliver persuasive product/service pitches tailored to customer needs.

Address objections professionally and qualify high-potential leads for the sales team.

Maintain clear and accurate call logs and update lead status in the CRM system.





Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements & Key Skills

Strong verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.

Proficiency in English and relevant regional languages.

Prior experience in telesales, cold calling, or BPO customer support is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

Basic familiarity with CRM software and dialers.

High energy, target-oriented mindset, and resilience in handling objections.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
