About the Role

As an Operations & Growth Associate, you will work directly with the founder and help manage and grow the overall VC ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will span community growth, outreach, admissions, events, partnerships, marketing coordination, and day-to-day operations. You will also assist the founder in planning and executing upcoming initiatives.

You don't need to be an expert from day one. We are looking for someone who is interested in technology and startups, learns quickly, takes initiative, and gradually grows into a person who can independently manage operations and growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Outreach

- Execute initiatives to increase VC's visibility and reach among relevant audiences.
- Connect with colleges, student communities, graduates, aspiring founders, and professionals.
- Explore new channels and opportunities to grow VC's presence in Nagpur.
- Coordinate promotional activities, social media execution, and outreach campaigns.
- Track outreach efforts and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results.

2. Admissions & Community Building

- Respond to enquiries and follow up with interested individuals.
- Understand and communicate VC's vision, builder paths, and opportunities clearly.
- Maintain enquiry records and track the admission pipeline.
- Build relationships with prospective members and local communities.
- Help bring the right people into the VC ecosystem and encourage active participation.

3. Events & Partnerships

- Attend relevant events, meetups, and networking opportunities.
- Represent VC and communicate its vision to potential members and partners.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with colleges, communities, and organizations.
- Coordinate VC events, activities, and event-related logistics.




- Build relationships that contribute to the long-term growth of the ecosystem.

4. Operations Management

- Coordinate daily activities and maintain task trackers.
- Manage schedules, follow-ups, and operational records.
- Ensure planned activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Organize information, document processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Keep the founder updated on progress, pending tasks, and challenges.

5. Founder's Office & Execution Support

- Work directly with the founder on upcoming plans, priorities, and initiatives.
- Research opportunities and gather information to support decision-making.
- Break ideas into actionable tasks and coordinate their execution.
- Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure follow-through.
- Contribute practical ideas for improving VC's operations, outreach, and growth.

No technical background or prior experience in outreach or operations is required. However, a genuine interest in technology and startups, a willingness to execute, and the ability to take responsibility are essential. This is an execution-focused role. Technology exposure is an added opportunity, not a substitute for the responsibilities of the position.

The long-term opportunity is to grow into an Operations & Growth Lead role, taking greater responsibility for VC's operations, community growth, partnerships, and execution.

Growth will depend on demonstrated performance, reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation

₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on suitability and skills, with opportunities for growth as responsibilities increase.
