We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communicative Telecaller to join our digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, explaining our digital marketing services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify leads for services such as social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website development, and video production.
- Identify client requirements and assess their interest in our services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development Manager or sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
- Handle basic client queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Ability to explain services clearly and handle basic objections.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer support, or lead generation.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or B2B sales team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is a plus.
