Role & responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and Gap Analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors.
- Coordinate API integrations, system interfaces, and data migration activities.
- Support project governance, risk management, and delivery tracking.
- Manage SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and production deployment activities.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user training sessions.

Preferred candidate profile Business Analysis: Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Workflow Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT

Technical: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Web Services, Angular/React

Database: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB

Integration & Cloud: API Integration, REST/SOAP, Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, Power BI, Advanced Excel
