About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with a strong .NET background to lead and manage software development projects from requirement gathering through delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of .NET technologies and software development practices, combined with the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, coordinate development teams, and manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment and delivery.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and effectively communicate with .NET development teams.
- Review solution approaches, architecture discussions, development progress, and technical challenges.
- Coordinate with development teams working on ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, Web API, SQL Server and related technologies.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope,



timeline, quality, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
- Ensure proper project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, technical documentation, project plans, and status reports.
- Facilitate regular meetings such as project reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of:
- C#
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
- Web API / REST APIs
- SQL Server
- Entity Framework
- Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of web application architecture and integration concepts.
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.




- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment processes will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development/project management, with relevant experience managing .NET-based projects.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Techno-Functional Consultant, or similar role.
