We are looking for an experienced Technician with hands-on experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements:

- Conduct technical visits and presentations to pharmaceutical customers and introduce pharmaceutical excipients including MCC, Mannitol, SMCC and DCPA.

- Recommend suitable excipient grades based on customer formulation requirements and support laboratory trials, pilot scale-up and stability studies.

- Coordinate samples, technical documents, CoA, TDS and MSDS and follow up on customer evaluations.

- Provide technical troubleshooting for issues related to compressibility, flowability, dissolution, compatibility, hardness and friability.

- Handle technical complaints, collect samples/data and coordinate root-cause analysis and CAPA with the headquarters' QA/QC and production teams.

- Support customers with audits, vendor qualification and technical questionnaires.





- Prepare and localize technical materials, application notes and product comparison data.

- Coordinate with the headquarters team on regulatory documentation including DMF/CEP, GMP statements and pharmacopoeia compliance.

- Conduct product/application training and technical seminars for customers, distributors and sales teams.

- Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor products and formulation technologies.

- Participate in relevant exhibitions and conferences with the sales team.

- Provide market and customer feedback to the headquarters R&D; and marketing teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
