Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead to guide software development teams, own technical delivery, and support the design, development, testing and deployment of secure, scalable applications. The role combines full-stack engineering expertise with task allocation, mentoring, cross-functional coordination and delivery accountability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Technical leadership: Guide frontend, backend and full-stack developers; review code, resolve complex issues and establish development standards.
- Architecture and development: Participate in system design, API architecture, database design, security reviews and performance optimization.
- Planning and execution: Break requirements into deliverables, estimate efforts, assign tasks, manage sprint priorities and track milestones.
- Team performance: Conduct stand-ups and reviews; monitor progress, code quality and productivity; mentor junior developers.
- Quality and release: Coordinate unit, integration and regression testing; support CI/CD, deployment and production troubleshooting.
- Coordination and reporting:



Work with project managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps and stakeholders; maintain status reports and technical documentation.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Vite), responsive design.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST API design and integration.
- Databases: SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, schema design and query optimization.
- Security and engineering: JWT/OAuth, API security, Git/version control, debugging and unit testing.
- Leadership and delivery: Code reviews, system design, Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, task allocation and mentoring.

Good-to-Have Skills

- TypeScript, Next.js, Redux/Zustand, Python/FastAPI, Redis, microservices.
- AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Jira or comparable tracking tools; government/e-Governance and enterprise applications; AI/ML integrations.

Qualification & Preferred Profile

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA/BCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
- Strong practical/project experience may also be considered.
- Proven hands-on development experience, ownership of technical delivery, communication and problem-solving skills.
