Role & responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and users.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist with system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Resolve technical queries through calls, emails, or tickets.
- Identify and report technical problems to the concerned team.
- Maintain records of issues and solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic computer and IT knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
