Technical Support Engineer

Location: Bengaluru Brookefield / Electronic City (based on project requirements)

Experience: 1+ Year

CTC: Up to 5.2 LPA, based on previous CTC and relevant experience

Shift: Night Shift / International Voice Support

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Transport: Two-way Cab Facility Available

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our international technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving customer queries through voice support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to international customers through voice calls.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, hardware and software-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical and connectivity problems.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Log and update support tickets with accurate troubleshooting details.
- Follow defined SLA, quality and customer-service standards.




- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online troubleshooting is preferred.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Technical Support / IT Support / Helpdesk / Voice Support.
- Good knowledge of PCs, laptops and printers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, especially in English.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and supporting international customers.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
