We are seeking a energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical understanding with client interaction—identifying market opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and selling industrial electrical and mechanical automation solutions. Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Market Outreach: Identify potential industrial clients, OEMs, system integrators, and manufacturing units through market research and cold outreach.
- Client Visits & Site Meetings: Visit customer facilities to inspect technical requirements and present appropriate automation products/solutions.
- Technical Product Presentation: Explain basic electrical (e.g., sensors, control panels, drives) and mechanical components to client technical teams.
- Quotation & Deal Closure: Prepare commercial proposals/quotations, follow up on pending leads, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain ongoing business relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical core engineering fundamentals.
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related technical disciplines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with willingness to conduct field/client visits.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 years of technical/B2B sales experience.
