We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Technical Sales Officer (TSO) to join our TMT Steel Company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 years in sales, preferably in TMT Steel, Cement, or Building Materials.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop dealer networks and generate new business.
- Knowledge of the local construction and steel market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
- Appoint new dealers and develop the distribution network.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
