Job Summary

We are looking for technically skilled professionals who can confidently demonstrate Robotics, AI and STEM solutions to schools while supporting the sales process. Working on qualified opportunities assigned by the CRM team, you will conduct live demonstrations, understand school requirements, build relationships with educators and assist in converting opportunities into successful lab implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Demonstrations

- Conduct live demonstrations of Robotics, AI, Coding and STEM solutions.
- Explain products and answer technical queries from principals, teachers and school management.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations for teachers and students.

School Engagement

- Visit schools assigned by the CRM team.
- Understand school requirements and recommend suitable lab solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with school stakeholders.

CRM Lead Coordination

- Work on qualified school opportunities assigned by the CRM team.
- Schedule and conduct demonstrations with assigned schools.
- Share meeting feedback and maintain timely follow-ups.




- Update CRM with visit reports, demonstration outcomes and customer feedback.

Teacher Training & Project Support

- Conduct basic teacher orientation after project confirmation.
- Support lab installation, handover and introductory student sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project implementation.

Reporting & Market Feedback

- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
- Share customer feedback, market trends and competitor insights with the team.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc., MCA or related technical qualification.
- MBA (Marketing) with a technical background is also welcome.
- 1–4 years of experience in Robotics, STEM, EdTech, Technical Sales or School Training.
- Strong freshers with practical Robotics or Electronics knowledge may apply.

Technical Skills

- Arduino, ESP32/NodeMCU or similar boards
- Robotics kits & basic electronics
- Scratch/Block Coding
- Basic Python
- Ability to build and demonstrate straightforward robotics projects

Other Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable conducting demonstrations and training sessions
- Fluent in English and Hindi/local language
- Own two-wheeler/car and willingness to travel

Preferred Experience

- Robotics/STEM/ATL Labs
- School or EdTech industry
- Teacher training or technical product demonstrations




- Knowledge of CBSE Composite Skill Labs

Note

This is a Technical Sales & Demonstration role. Qualified school opportunities are provided by the CRM team. The selected candidate will focus on conducting demonstrations, engaging with schools, delivering teacher orientation, maintaining customer relationships and supporting successful project implementation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
