Role Description The Technical Recruiter role at RecroHub is a full-time remote position focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various domains and regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake with hiring stakeholders through candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.

Recruiter will use online platforms, professional networks, and talent databases to attract qualified candidates while maintaining strong pipelines for current and future roles. The role involves coordinating with clients or internal teams to understand technical requirements,



ensuring a strong skills and cultural fit, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.

Recruiter is also expected to maintain accurate recruitment documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including end-to-end management of the hiring process.
- Strong background in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for IT and technology roles.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging candidates, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing clear updates.
- Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and structured interviewing practices.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends in IT and technology and the ability to assess technical and behavioral competencies.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruiting, especially across India, USA, or Gulf markets, is an advantage.
