Job Summary

Suntech Engineers & Contractors is looking for an experienced

Technical Recruiter with a strong understanding of engineering profiles and international manpower recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting technical professionals for overseas projects across the Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, and Engineering sectors.

This role is suited to recruitment professionals who can interpret technical job descriptions, assess relevant project experience, and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for international and overseas projects.
- Source and screen candidates across Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, and Engineering sectors.
- Recruit Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and other engineering professionals.
- Handle positions such as Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, HSE Professionals, Supervisors, Foremen, and Project Managers.
- Understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, certifications, project exposure, and relevant experience.
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified technical professionals for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate CV submissions, client interviews, feedback, and candidate selections.




- Conduct market mapping and talent research across international markets.
- Verify candidate qualifications, employment history, certifications, and project experience.
- Support bulk recruitment drives and time-sensitive international hiring projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 510 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering hiring.
- Positive understanding of technical job descriptions, engineering terminology, and project-based roles.
- Experience in international recruitment or overseas manpower recruitment is preferred.
- Exposure to Gulf, European, Russian, or other international recruitment markets is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication, candidate management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.

Candidates with an engineering qualification and proven technical recruitment experience will be preferred.
