Position: Technical Recruiter – IT & Non-IT

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels .
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions .
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salaries and discuss job offers with selected candidates.




- Ensure timely joining and maintain regular candidate engagement.
- Work on multiple requirements and positions simultaneously.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/technical recruitment preferred.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment .
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a US shift environment .
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
