Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented IT Recruiter & Employee Engagement Executive to manage end-to-end technical recruitment while supporting employee engagement, HR operations, vendor coordination, and employee grievance management at our Jaipur branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage both recruitment deliverables and employee-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Activities

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, team events, and cultural initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.

3. Employee Relations & Grievance Management

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially, coordinating with the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Support employee communication,



feedback collection, and resolution follow-ups.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive employee experience.

4. Vendor & Event Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors for employee events, celebrations, office activities, and other HR-related requirements.
- Manage vendor communication, quotations, bookings, and coordination.
- Ensure events and activities are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of branch-level activities.

5. HR Operations & Coordination

- Maintain recruitment and employee engagement records, trackers, and reports.
- Support HR documentation, policy communication, and employee announcements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations at the Jaipur branch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, IT hiring processes, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and vendors.
- Good organizational, coordination, and event management skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment tools or ATS platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- A people-oriented professional who enjoys both recruitment and employee engagement.
- Someone who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and can manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT organization with multiple hiring requirements and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prior experience managing HR activities or employee engagement at an IT company will be an added advantage.
