Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for open positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and requirements.
- Excellent sourcing skills including ability to find passive candidates through cold calling, email outreach, etc.
