About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to join our team in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, especially C2H requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Must have hands-on experience in C2H hiring.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
- Solid communication, sourcing, and candidate coordination skills.
- Candidates must be based in Faridabad.
