Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Tech Lead and Project Manager.

Experience in Agile methodologies, estimation, requirements gathering, and multi-project management.

Expertise in fixed-price projects, financial, and resource management.

Ability to mentor, manage performance, and control attrition in teams.

Robust leadership in proposing and executing HR policies.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage project IT needs (hardware, network, etc.).

Plan and coordinate travel requirements.

Contribute to HR policies and ensure effective implementation.
