? Hiring: Versatile US Recruiter (IT & Generalist) ?

We are looking for an agile and experienced Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts across a diverse range of departments. If you excel at balancing complex IT requisitions with critical operational and administrative hiring, we want you on our team.

The Role:

You will manage a dynamic recruitment pipeline with a strategic focus on a 60-70% IT and 30-40% Non-IT split, adapting your sourcing strategies to match the specific needs of each department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Hiring (60-70%): Source and close high-level IT and engineering positions, including Full-Stack Developers, Principal Platform DevOps Engineers, Systems Administrators, and Hardware Engineers. You will also handle specialized roles like Epic Web and Service Server Engineers and Coding Analysts.
- Generalist & Operational Hiring (30-40%):



Drive recruitment for essential foundational roles such as Electromechanical Assemblers, Material Handlers, Inventory & Receiving Associates, and Secretaries.
- Screen, evaluate, and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a explicit understanding of role expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven full-cycle US recruitment experience with a strong track record in both technical (IT/Engineering) and non-technical (Admin/Manufacturing) portfolios.
- Ability to quickly switch gears between headhunting passive engineering talent and managing high-volume applications for operational tasks.
- Clear communication skills to effectively pitch diverse roles to different talent pools.
