About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with robust expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have independently managed or played a lead role in ERP delivery, including customer-facing implementation, production go-live, and post-go-live support.

This role requires strong project governance, technical and functional coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex ERP projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.

Important: Candidates with general IT project management experience but no direct ERP implementation and production go-live experience will not be considered suitable for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Manage project planning, scope definition, fit-gap analysis, configuration, development, integrations, and data migration.
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, production go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, integration specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparent communication, expectation management, and timely issue resolution.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, effort estimates, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, escalate critical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee updates, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure effective coordination between business users, technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage deployment readiness, cutover execution, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, risk registers, issue logs, and delivery reports.




- Support continuous improvement and ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, performance, and business requirements.
- Work with international customers and accommodate UK/US time-zone overlap based on project and go-live requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of overall IT/ERP project delivery experience; 8+ years preferred.
- Proven hands-on project management experience in ERP implementation and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple phases of the ERP lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, fit-gap, configuration/development, integration, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and support.
- Experience with at least one enterprise ERP platform, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or a comparable system.
- At least one successfully delivered production ERP go-live, with clear ownership of project delivery responsibilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical and functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of project scope, schedule, effort/budget, resource, risk, issue, dependency, change-request, and escalation management.
- Strong direct customer-facing project delivery experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite from the Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad office.
- Flexibility to work the UK shift (11:00 AM–9:00 PM) and accommodate additional UK/US customer overlap when required.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Hands-on Odoo ERP implementation experience.
- Experience with both proprietary and open-source ERP platforms.
- International customer-facing experience, particularly with customers in the USA, Europe, or the Middle East.
- Valid US B1/B2 visa.
- Previous international onsite travel for discovery, implementation, training, customer meetings, or go-live.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or ERP-vendor certifications.
- Domain experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, supply chain, accounting, CRM, or other ERP-intensive industries.

Work Location and Schedule





This is an onsite position based in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office and following the specified UK shift. Flexibility for US customer overlap, critical project milestones, and go-live activities is required as per business needs.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
