Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Experience: 6 - 8 Years

Engineering from IIT / MBA from IIM Mandatory.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage PMO activities and drive execution in close collaboration with Engineering/Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of technical programs.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
- Drive regular program reviews and ensure action items are closed.
- Coordinate across teams and proactively resolve delivery blockers.

Required Skills

- 6 - 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Program Management / PMO.
- Strong experience working with Engineering/Technology teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
