We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can combine strong hands-on development expertise with project and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a solid software development background and the ability to lead technical teams, manage project delivery, and work closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage software development projects from planning through delivery.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers.
- Participate in architecture, design, coding, code reviews, and technical discussions when required.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Plan project timelines, resources, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of technical and delivery challenges.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure development standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality processes are followed.
- Conduct technical discussions, estimations, task allocation, and sprint planning.




- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support the team in resolving critical blockers.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure effective sprint and release management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with relevant experience in technical/project leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python,.NET, Node.js, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, APIs, databases, and application development.
- Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery management.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance technical responsibilities with project and people management.
- Experience working with clients or international stakeholders will be an advantage.

Ideal candidate 6–10 years overall experience + strong developer background + 2–4 years of technical/project leadership + hands-on coding/architecture + team management + client/stakeholder management.
