: Primary Responsibilities

- Contribute to building technical product features across AI, algorithms, and automation-driven hiring workflows.

- Collaborate closely with developers to brainstorm problems, design solutions, and translate technical ideas into clear requirements.

- Drive data-driven product decisions using user insights, metrics, and market research to prioritize backlog and shape the product roadmap.

Operations & Collaboration

- Maintain strong product hygiene by managing backlogs, release boards, MOMs, and ensuring clear scope, labels, and accurate ETAs.

- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, and lightweight documentation to enable smooth development and releases.

- Track delivery progress, estimates, burndown, and proactively flag risks while ensuring clear stakeholder communication through dashboards and updates.

- Support release readiness with acceptance checks, release notes, post-release tracking, and close collaboration with Dev, QA, and business teams.

Experience Range: 0 - 1 years

Educational Qualifications: -B.Tech/B.E in Computers

Skills Required: Technology Roadmapping , Analytic Problem Solving , Wireframing , JIRA , Agile

Candidate Attributes:





- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.

- Ability to define algorithms and design logical workflows for AI/automation-based products.

- Robust fundamentals in technical and analytical thinking.

- Hands-on technical background (engineering/coding exposure preferred).

- Good understanding of Agile, backlog management, and product delivery processes.
