Job Summary

We're hiring a Technical Operations Manager to lead technical support teams, manage critical customer escalations, maintain SLA performance, and improve operational efficiency across enterprise web applications and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, mentor, and develop Technical Support Engineers.
- Monitor SLAs, CSAT, incident resolution, and backlog.
- Handle critical technical incidents and customer escalations.
- Provide technical guidance on AEM, Adobe Commerce/Magento, CMS, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
- Lead RCA, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Cloud Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise software support, technical services, or cloud operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical support or customer-facing engineering teams.
- Knowledge of AEM,



Adobe Commerce/Magento, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Linux/Unix, databases, web servers, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in SLA management, customer escalations, and critical incident handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
