Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations, IT support, or infrastructure maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage operations & maintenance (O&M;) of the Web Platforms/ Portals.

Monitor application and infrastructure health, availability, and performance; manage backup, patching, and hardening.

Handle incident management and L1/L2 support, coordinating with relevant technical teams for resolution.

Coordinate with stakeholders for onboarding and operational issues.

Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and periodic reports.

Skills

Working knowledge of ticketing/ITSM tools and issue-tracking workflows.

Basic understanding of infrastructure, networking, and application troubleshooting.

Positive analytical skills to prioritize and coordinate resolution of technical issues across teams.
