We're Hiring: Tech Lead | Chennai (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead to take end-to-end ownership of engineering for a fast-growing product. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, product development, engineering excellence, and team growth while staying actively involved in coding.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Work from Office (Onsite)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end engineering, including architecture, development, deployment, and product quality.
- Stay hands-on with coding and code reviews, spending approximately 60% of the time on technical execution.
- Build and improve engineering workflows to increase development speed and efficiency.
- Drive AI-assisted software development using Claude Code and other AI coding tools.
- Work closely with founders on product strategy, technical decisions, and development priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and reduce development cycle time.
- Mentor, lead,



and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience taking at least one product from concept to launch.
- Experience scaling a product to a large user base.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Node.js.
- Familiarity with React Native and Expo.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database fundamentals.
- Previous experience leading and mentoring an engineering team.
- Practical experience with AI-powered coding tools and agentic development workflows.
- Robust problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a high sense of ownership.
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹976,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
