Preferred candidate profile: -

- Expected to work closely with development team and participates in design workshops to provide technical solutions and mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements to ensure they are inline with the enterprise architecture.
- Architect and guide the development of enterprise software and web applications by defining technical roadmaps, solution strategies, and delivery objectives that align with business and enterprise architecture goals.
- Design and deliver AI-enabled enterprise solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services, identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve business processes, user experiences, automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Define enterprise AI architecture patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, responsible, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.




- Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle by overseeing architecture and design activities, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and delivering solution proposals, recommendations, and status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Define standards, guidelines, best practices to meet Quality and guide the team to design, code and deliver quality products.
- Establish coding standards, design principles, and development best practices, and perform periodic code reviews to drive engineering excellence and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend optimal technology solutions, conduct feasibility assessments, and develop Proofs of Concept(POCs)to validate architecture, technology suitability, performance, scalability, and alignment with project goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent by providing technical leadership, structured training, and continuous coaching to build high-performing teams and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and professional growth.
- Communicate solution designs, architecture decisions, technical strategies, and application capabilities effectively to stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams.

Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSC(CS)/MCA/Engineering & IT Background Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree Mode of work: - work from Office
