Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the delivery of banking software solutions to clients, ensuring timely and within budget completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Provide technical guidance on Java-based development projects, including architecture design, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 18-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust background in banking software delivery management.
- Proficiency in Java programming language (or equivalent).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
