- Strong hands-on experience in

Workday Reports & Reporting

- Calculated Fields
– mandatory

- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
– mandatory

- Workday Studio
– hands-on experience

- Data Migration / Data Conversion experience

- Strong experience in

Workday Core Compensation

- Technical configuration of
Compensation Plans, Eligibility Rules, Grades/Grade Profiles, Compensation Packages & Review Processes

- Experience with
Business Processes, Condition Rules & Advanced Reports

- Minimum
2 full lifecycle Workday implementations

- Robust development, testing, troubleshooting and deployment experience
