Technical Developer – SAP SuccessFactors

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Developer with 5–10 years of experience in SuccessFactors development, integrations, and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems.
- Work with Integration Center, OData APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON , and SAP CPI/Integration Suite .
- Work primarily with Employee Central and related SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
- Perform data mapping, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with functional and business teams.

Required Skills





- 5–10 years of IT experience with strong SAP SuccessFactors technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integrations and Integration Center .
- Solid knowledge of OData, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON .
- Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite .
- Good understanding of Employee Central and the SuccessFactors data model.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- SuccessFactors certification.
- Experience with ECP integrations .
- Knowledge of SAP BTP .
- Experience with SFTP and third-party integrations .
