About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of leading technology delivery, managing client relationships, driving team performance, and improving business profitability.

The ideal candidate should have started their career in software engineering or quality assurance, with experience in technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, QA, and cloud platforms. They should have progressed through technical leadership and project management roles into delivery leadership, with demonstrated ownership of people management, project delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-18 years of overall experience in software engineering, technology delivery, and leadership roles.
- Technical foundation in one or more areas: Java, Python, Node.js, or Quality Assurance.
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS.
- Prior experience in delivering or managing GenAI/LLM-based projects is required, with exposure to cloud platforms and AI-powered application development.
- Proven people and performance management experience, preferably with teams of fewer than 50 members.
- Robust project and delivery management experience across multiple engagements.
- Direct client-facing experience with US and/or European clients.




- Hands-on experience conducting WSR, MBR, QBR, Steering Committee meetings, and client presentations.
- Proven accountability for customer satisfaction, CSAT/NPS, and client relationship management.
- Experience managing portfolio governance, resource planning, utilization, revenue, and P&L.;
- Demonstrated success in margin improvement, profitability improvement, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Solid risk management, escalation prevention, commercial awareness, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAAS based organizations.
- Experience managing cloud-based, application development, QA, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to account planning, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and business growth initiatives.
- A track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
