We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ERP Functional Consultant – Fresher to join our team. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business requirements, support ERP implementation, coordinate testing, and provide post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business requirements and expectations.
- Gather, document, and analyze customer requirements.
- Map customer requirements to existing ERP solutions and identify requirement gaps.
- Analyze gaps and coordinate with the technical team for required customizations.
- Manage and coordinate overall project activities from a functional and technical perspective.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions meet the agreed customer requirements.
- Review and validate development and deployment deliverables before client acceptance.




- Coordinate testing activities and ensure identified issues are properly tracked and resolved.
- Participate in issue triage discussions and help determine the validity and priority of reported issues.
- Coordinate with clients for testing, feedback, issue clarification, and acceptance.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate the timely resolution of client issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolved issues are tested and formally accepted.
- Prepare and maintain necessary project and requirement documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to customer expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn ERP products, business processes, and client-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal technical teams.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
