Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.

- Document functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows).

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.

- Write explicit user stories, business requirement documents, and other artifacts capturing functional and non-functional requirements.

- Process Improvement:

- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for automation.

- Recommend solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

- Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Interpret data trends, KPIs, and metrics to support decision-making.

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations (using tools like Excel, Power BI).

- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information and analyze current/future state processes.

- Perform data analysis and collaborate with data architects to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders.

- Validate delivered solutions align with business needs and participate in testing activities.





- Project Support:

- Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Support change management activities, identify potential risks, and actively seek opportunities for process improvement.

- Documentation:

- Maintain project documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process maps, meeting notes).

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure understanding of business requirements for system integration and development projects.

Must Have

- Around 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL, Excel, Power BI.

- Experience in SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.

- Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, Cloud Services, UI/UX.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
