Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase and buyer activities as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for RFQs, quotations, pricing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, supplier records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material delivery and requirement tracking.
- Update and maintain supplier/master data and purchase-related system records.
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports and Excel data.
- Support supplier communication, documentation, and issue follow-up.
