We are looking for a skilled DevOps Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Microsoft Azure. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, troubleshooting deployment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide DevOps and production support for applications and infrastructure.

- Manage and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

- Support application deployments and releases in Microsoft Azure.

- Identify and resolve build, deployment, infrastructure, and environment-related issues.

- Monitor system performance, application availability, and infrastructure health.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

- Follow incident management, change management, and support procedures.





- Maintain technical documentation and support operational improvements.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in DevOps and support operations.

- Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization.

- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of scripting using Shell or Python.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Understanding of Linux/Unix environments.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and production support practices.
