We are looking for active and responsible Team Members to support daily field operations at assigned railway stations and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily field operations and customer support.
- Guide customers regarding available services through the MySathi app.
- Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and team members.
- Help ensure smooth service delivery at assigned locations.
- Report daily activities and operational issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.
- Good communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work at assigned railway stations and locations.
- Versatile working hours as per operational requirements.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
