- Goal Setting & Tracking: Translate broader business or client targets into weekly and daily action plans for team members. • Coaching & Mentoring: Identify skill gaps, run regular 1-on-1s, and train staff on processes and quality standards. • Performance & Escalation Management: Monitor metrics (such as output, error rates, or resolution times) and handle escalations or difficult customer/project issues. • Communication & Culture: Maintain open channels between upper management and the floor, keeping morale high and reducing staff turnover.
Pay: ₹493,000.00 - ₹1,740,000.00 per year
