Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader with 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Business Loan Operations, or NBFC lending. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day loan operations, supervising team, individual contributor, performance, ensuring process adherence, and maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling retail loan and business loan operations.
- Oversee loan processing activities, including application scrutiny, documentation, data entry, verification, and disbursement coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of loan applications in accordance with defined SLAs and internal policies.
- Monitor team productivity, turnaround time (TAT), quality, and overall operational performance.
- Coordinate with sales teams, credit teams, underwriting, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, documentation requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Prepare daily and periodic MIS reports, track pending cases, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding applications.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving complex operational cases.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking Operations, Business Loan Operations, or NBFC loan processing.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role is preferred and should be individual contributor
- Good understanding of loan processing, documentation, credit operations, and disbursement procedures.
- Experience in managing team productivity, operational TAT, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Robust communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of MIS reports.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
