Required: TL(Sales) & CRM candidates.
Location: Gwalior
- Key Responsibility:
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly retail targets.
- Oversee walk-ins, phone/digital inquiries, test drives, quotations, bookings, and vehicle deliveries via the dealership CRM or DMS (Dealership Management System).
- Conduct regular floor huddles, ride-alongs/field accompaniments, role-plays, and product training (features, pricing, competition, and EV specs).
- Help sales consultants negotiate deals, handle difficult customer objections, and step in during critical negotiations.
- Generate daily/weekly sales progress reports, analyze conversion drops, and present performance metrics to senior management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
