Team Leader – RCM
Experience: 2 to 5 years in US Healthcare RCM
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RCM team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor daily performance, SLA, TAT, and process compliance.
- Handle AR follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
- Provide team coaching, performance feedback, and process guidance.
- Prepare MIS reports and manage client escalations.
- Ensure process efficiency and achieve business targets.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing.
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
