- Manage and supervise a team of Call Center Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Achieve team targets and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor calls and ensure proper process and communication standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies and processes.
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive working workplace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
