Job Title: IT Sales Team Leader

Reports To: IT Sales Manager / Director of SalesJob SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing and results-driven IT Sales Team Leader to guide, motivate, and manage our sales representatives toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. In this role, you will balance individual sales execution (carrying a personal quota) with peer coaching, strategic pipeline management, and team enablement.The ideal candidate will have extensive firsthand experience in B2B IT sales—including software, Cloud/SaaS solutions, or hardware services—and a proven track record of converting leads into high-value technical contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Enablement

- Coaching & Mentorship: Guide day-to-day activities, run 1:1 performance evaluations, and provide continuous training on cold-calling, objection handling, and value-selling.
- Onboarding: Conduct product training and sales onboarding modules for recent hires and graduates.
- Motivation: Foster a high-energy,



positive, and competitive culture across the sales desk.

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

- Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team meets daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue quotas.
- Deal Strategy: Step directly into the trenches to assist reps with complex negotiations, product demonstrations, and closing large enterprise accounts.
- Lead Blueprints: Develop standard manuals outlining lead filtering, client workflows, and deal modeling.

Operations & Reporting

- CRM Management: Maintain data integrity within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and generate pipeline forecasts for management review.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate directly with technical support, marketing, and product development teams to ensure new clients transition smoothly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
