Role Description The Team Leader Insurance Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for leading and supervising a sales team focused on insurance products, including setting daily targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback.

The Team

Leader oversees customer interactions to ensure high-quality service, supports team members in closing sales, and manages escalations to maintain customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing sales reports, implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with management to meet revenue and compliance objectives.



The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive insurance sales and deliver positive customer experiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Communication skills to lead, motivate, and guide a diverse sales team.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tools commonly used in insurance or contact center environments.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, or contact center operations, with team lead or supervisory experience preferred.

- Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
