- - Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Team Leaders / Sales Managers to lead a team of sales executives and drive business growth for Credit Card / Personal Loan products.

- The selected candidates will work with the leading bank’s business team and will be on the payroll of Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Credit Card / Personal Loan Sales Executives.

- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Generate leads through branch, corporate, open market, direct sales, and other channels.

- Monitor individual and team performance on a regular basis.

- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer handling, lead conversion, and sales techniques.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC and process guidelines.

- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective lead-generation strategies.





- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Credit, Underwriting, and Disbursement for smooth processing.

- Track applications, approvals, card issuance / loan disbursement, and overall sales performance.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports for management.

- Ensure good customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Strong sales and team-management skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
