Team Leader – Canadian Accounts & Tax (Noida/ Ahmedabad/ Mumbai)

Education, Skills & Experience

1. • 5+ Years of experience.
2. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting.
3. • CA, CA Inter, or CPA

• Technical Skills: Accounting Software: QBO (QuickBooks Online), QBD (QuickBooks Desktop), Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, Wagepoint, Payworks, Caseware _ Profile, CCH, Taxprep

Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Accounting Knowledge: Accrual and cash basis accounting.

Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements.

Year-End Engagements: Having experience working on year-end compilation engagement reports, review engagement reports, and audit engagement reports

Reconciliation: Bank and account reconciliation.

Sales Tax:

GST, QST, and HST preparation and filing

Payroll:



Payroll accounting, payroll software, payroll run, PD7A, T4, T4A, T5 and Payroll remittances

Industry-Specific: experience working with multiple industries

Forms Knowledge: Familiarity with all accounting & Taxation forms T1, T2, T3, T5013, T3010

Soft Skills:

Robust verbal and written communication.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and reprioritise under tight deadlines.

Strong organisational skills.

Client handling and team communication.

Shift Timings:

- Indian Summer: 3:30 PM IST - 12:30 AM IST
- Indian Winter: 4:30 PM IST - 1:30 AM IST
