- Team Leader –

- 1.

Team Management: Manage daily team activities, assign leads and tasks to team members, and ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

- 2.

Sales and Target Achievement: Monitor daily calls, client follow-ups, counselling appointments, and conversions to achieve monthly sales targets.

- 3.

Client and Case Handling: Assist team members with client queries, resolve complaints, and coordinate immigration documentation and application progress.

- 4.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide guidance and training, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

- Branch Manager –

- 1.

Branch Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the branch, supervise team leaders and staff,



and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

- 2.

Business Development: Set and monitor branch sales and revenue targets, develop strategies to increase client conversions, and identify opportunities for business growth.

- 3.

Staff and Client Management: Oversee employee performance, recruitment coordination, and training while handling major client complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- 4.

Financial Management and Compliance: Monitor branch revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability while ensuring immigration services follow applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
