TEAM LEADER CALL CENTRE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 30 Call Centre Executives.
- Set daily/weekly calling and appointment targets and monitor performance.
- Ensure effective service reminder, appointment, follow-up and customer retention calls.
- Monitor appointment generation, conversion and workshop visit performance.
- Track individual/team KPIs and prepare daily & monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor call quality and ensure skilled customer communication.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, CRM, Workshop and Service Management.
- Conduct team briefings, training, coaching and performance reviews.
- Drive campaigns for service due, lost customers, insurance renewal, service camps and other dealership initiatives.
LOCATION: ANGADIPURAM, PERINTHALMANNA Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
