Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership &

- Supervision:

- Lead, mentor, and guide the CMP team in bearing maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.

- Conduct training sessions for the team on best practices for bearing maintenance and failure prevention.

Bearing

Maintenance &

- Troubleshooting:

- Oversee installation, lubrication, and alignment of bearings for industrial equipment.

- Perform condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and thermographic inspections to detect early signs of failure.

- Ensure timely repair and replacement of bearings to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

3.

Customer

Support &

- Service Coordination:

- Act as the technical expert for clients, addressing their concerns related to bearing performance.

- Ensure all service requests, preventive maintenance,



and emergency repairs are completed within the agreed timeline.

- Provide clients with technical reports, maintenance recommendations, and performance insights.

4.

Process

Improvement &

- Compliance:

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for bearings.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, OEM guidelines, and workplace safety regulations.

- Maintain accurate service logs and performance records using CMMS or ERP-based systems.

5. Reporting &

- Coordination:

- Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities, failure analysis, and team efficiency.

- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure proper stock of bearings and lubricants.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization in bearing maintenance operations.
