Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy large language models using AI technologies such as Adam, SDTM, and TLF.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for machine learning projects.

- Develop and maintain complex algorithms for natural language processing (NLP) tasks including text classification, sentiment analysis, entity resolution, etc.

- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by setting goals, monitoring progress, providing guidance on best practices, and addressing roadblocks.

Job Requirements :

- 8-11 years of experience in Statistical Programming in a clinical trial or RWE setting. Expert knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and clinical reporting workflows with expertise in NLP/Machine Learning.

- Robust understanding of artificial intelligence concepts including deep learning techniques like neural networks.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage.
